Please find attached a letter from Ocean City Fairness in Taxes (FIT) regarding the accuracy of former school superintendent Dr. Matthew Friedman attendance record as maintained by the district.
It is becoming apparent that instead of the district sending Dr. Friedman a vacation buy out check, it should be sending him an invoice for exceeding his contractual leave allowance.
As stated previously numerous times by FIT, please do NOT issue a vacation buy out check to Dr. Friedman until these concerns regarding his attendance are resolved by the ongoing investigation.
