Letter from Ocean City Fairness in Taxes (FIT) regarding Dr, Friedman’s attendance record with the district and the ‘transition work” that Dr. Friedman claims he was obligated to perform for the South Orange Maplewood School District during early July, 2022.
In light of the information contained in the correspondence, FIT strongly urges the board not to issue any buy out check for unused vacation time for Dr. Friedman until all questions surrounding Dr. Friedman’s attendance are fully resolved. The board has sixty (60) days to issue the buy out check.
