As a result of utilizing an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) immediate access right, Ocean City Fairness in Taxes (FIT) was able to obtain a copy of the employment agreement along with the contract cost worksheet for interim school superintendent Dr. Scott McCartney.
While FIT has attached a list of questions concerning the agreement to be voted on at the board meeting tonight to this letter, a summary about the agreement is provided below.
